Over the years a lot of time effort and I can assure you, stress have gone into determining when people are the right match for our office. In this video we’re going to touch on a few things which you need to be aware of and pay attention to or it will bite you!
As Natural Health practitioners, we want to help everybody all the time. The problem with that mindset is not everybody wants our help. I know that seems odd as it certainly still seems odd to me at times but it’s the truth.
There are a few key things to pay attention to that the video and the manual touch on so you do not except a stressful relationship in your business.
👉🏻 When the client tries to cancel their initial appointment! I can assure you this can happen. Our front office procedures have us inform the client by saying the following. “We do not cancel appointments, we only reschedule”. This communication is shared with a big smile so the client knows we are helping them take their health serious. Part of the reason they’re in the condition their in is because they haven’t taken their health serious so we are going to do whatever we can to lovingly but strongly position them to put their health concerns in order.

👉🏻 Is the paperwork complete?
👉🏻 Do you sense any financial concerns over the program?
👉🏻 Is the client medical wreckage? This can be a tricky one because I’ve had some folks over the years who struck me as medical wreckage upon initially meeting them. However, their enthusiasm for what we do, coupled with their tenacity and patience for the process positioned them to get great results when otherwise similar cases like their’s did not.
