Client Soap note 📝 Management Beginning client cases as part of my alternative and complementary program, and would be so grateful if you share your software you use to manage your cases and monitor your clients follow up. You spoke of 15 minutes is your appt time schedule..are these the follow ups only? I’m sure I am slow right now as initial evaluations, but find them lasting 1-2 hours to evaluate mind, body and spiritual wellness. Do you address spiritual wellness as part of your wellness practice? Thank you in advance, Christina 🌸

We use MindBody as it will also do inventory control, POS capable and notify client by email or text message regarding their next appointment. A bit pricey just starting out, however, once you have developed 40 clients into a monthly routine, it is most definitely worth it. My evaluation process is strictly for Nutritional Therapy. The other areas you mention are important however we tackle one area at a time before moving on. You are no different really than many other practitioners I have spoken with. WAY TOO much time invested in visits. The initial visit in my office, the client is there 1.5 hours tops. With me 30 minutes of the scheduled time. There is a specific reason …

Loved this training. Could you supply a pdf of your cycle of action 4 page evaluation client sheet? Could you post your client recommendations sheet you give to the client? Do you use a Client Management System to handle your follow up experience for your practice? If so..your recommendation? Thank you in advance, Christina

Good Day, there seems to be a bit of a delay in my receiving you’re comments. We are working out the bugs so thank you for your patience. Your last to requests I can handle now. The first one I am not clear on what document you are referring to. We will clarify this week so I can handle for you. As far as client Managment, we use MindBody. This is not a system I recommend people who are just starting out use but you can certainly go check them out.
