Remember to keep in proper perspective where you’re at in your relationship development with your client. We are actively engaged in continuing to develop and build Trust, Rapport, Authority and Control in the mind of your client.


Evaluate the current status of the client and where they’re at with the program.


Determine any course corrections the client should focus on until the next visit.


Educate them as to WHY they are making any adjustments, keep it simple and clear.
