After their initial education experience. Now its time to confirm their appointment with you for their initial analysis. Tips for keeping the schedule full:
👉🏻 If they are traveling from out of town, build a 15 minutes cushion into the schedule.
👉🏻 ALWAYS confirm the appointment by phone call the day before.
👉🏻 If you do not reach the new client by phone, call again the next day to remind them.
👉🏻 DO NOT USE automated systems for this piece of communication. It is not as efficient as you might think.
We use an automated approach at time of checkout which will send the client a reminder of their next appointment, however, unless the client says ONLY text message reminders, we make a physical call.
