Client Told the Following at the end of Initial Visit!

“ I will be reviewing all the information we have collected today determine whether or not we feel you will benefit from natural wellness and if we can accept your case as well as how we should proceed. When you return for your program of care visit we will share with you a list of the resources will be using, how does that sound to you?

✅ Have Client Complete the Initial Visit Form - (If less than a 7, ask client to explain)

✅ Send Thank you card to Referring Client

✅ Review case for followup call

✅ Call within 24 hours of initial visit

✅ Do you fully understand they’re case, Ask Questions

✅ Let the client ask their questions

✅ Inform them you feel they are a great match for your resources and you are preparing their “Program of Care”
